By engaging with Source Pivot, including through our website (sourcepivot.com), you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in termination of your relationship with Source Pivot and/or other appropriate actions.

Ethical Standards
i) Integrity and Honesty
- All employees, contractors, and Experts must act with honesty, integrity, and transparency in all business dealings.
- Misrepresentation of information, falsification of data, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated.
ii) Conflicts of Interest
- Experts and employees must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may affect their objectivity or impartiality.
- Participation in Projects involving competitors, current employers, or other conflicting entities is prohibited unless explicitly approved by Source Pivot.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance
i) Adherence to Laws
- Source Pivot complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption laws.
- Experts and employees are required to familiarize themselves with and adhere to all relevant legal requirements.
ii) Anti-Bribery and Corruption
- Source Pivot strictly prohibits bribery, corruption, and unethical inducements in any form.
- Gifts, favors, or payments intended to influence business decisions are not permitted.
iii) Data Protection and Privacy
- Source Pivot adheres to all data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.
- Personal information collected from Experts, Clients, and website visitors is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
i) Confidential Information
- Experts and employees must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, sensitive, or classified information shared by Source Pivot or its Clients.
- Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information is strictly prohibited.
ii) Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property created during the course of a Project, including reports, data, and insights, is the sole property of Source Pivot and/or its Clients.
- Experts must respect and uphold the intellectual property rights of Source Pivot and its Clients at all times.

Expert Responsibilities
i) Accurate Representation
- Experts must provide accurate and truthful information about their qualifications, experience, and expertise.
- Misrepresentation of credentials or professional background is grounds for immediate termination.
ii) Compliance with Project Guidelines
- Experts must adhere to the specific guidelines and requirements of each Project, including confidentiality agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Failure to comply with Project guidelines may result in forfeiture of payment and termination of the Expert’s relationship with Source Pivot.
iii) Prohibition on Unauthorized Use
- Experts are prohibited from using confidential information, intellectual property, or insights gained through Projects for personal gain or unauthorized purposes.

Reporting and Accountability
i) Reporting Violations
- Any suspected violations of this Compliance Policy, including unethical behavior, conflicts of interest, or breaches of confidentiality, must be reported immediately to [email protected].
- Source Pivot will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.
ii) Non-Retaliation
- Source Pivot prohibits retaliation against individuals who report violations or participate in investigations in good faith.

Training and Awareness
i) Compliance Training
- Source Pivot provides regular training to employees and Experts on compliance-related topics, including data protection, anti-bribery, and ethical conduct.
- Participation in compliance training is mandatory for all individuals engaged with Source Pivot.
ii) Policy Acknowledgment
- All employees and Experts must acknowledge and agree to this Compliance Policy as a condition of their engagement with Source Pivot.

Monitoring and Enforcement
i) Audits and Reviews
- Source Pivot conducts regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable laws.
- Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or engagement.
ii) Continuous Improvement
- Source Pivot is committed to continuously improving its compliance practices and policies to reflect evolving legal and industry standards.
